* If a mistake was made on our part, or a product arrived damaged please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will take care of the problem.
* If an item, or items, is (are) damaged upon receipt, we need to be notified within three (3) days, as per shipper rules. Please keep the merchandise in the packaging it arrived in and, we will notify you on how to return item(s).
* When returning damaged item or items, please let us know if you want a replacement or refund.
* If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. However, you need to call or e-mail us first within 10 days of receiving merchandise and let us know of your intention to return it and reason. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items being returned must be unused, free of defects, should have original tags and be in there original unopened packaging. Returns must be accompanied by an invoice.
*Returns of Jewelry have to be made within ten (10)days of purchase for refund or exchange.
* Once we receive the item or items we will email you with the status of your refund or exchange.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges past 30 days of purchase ( Ten (10) days for Jewelry).
